Imperial College iGEM 2006

We attempted four times to ligate this part to part I13504 unsuccessfully. We used restriction enzyme SpeI, which showed no apparent action on the part. However, the use of PstI on this part was successful. Our DNA might have been mutated after culturing, so this part should probably be verified. (Imperial College iGEM 2006)
